Values

Patients come first

Everything we do is for our patients. Improving their quality of life and maintaining their privacy where desired is our first priority.

Strength in numbers

The power of teamwork, collaborative projects, and partnership is formidable. We actively and intentionally seek out diverse perspectives and expertise to drive better outcomes.

Rationality anchors thought

We embrace rational-mindedness, however absurd it may seem at times. We reject the unprovable and embrace truths others wouldn't dream to believe. This path will allow us to build category-defining technology.

Selective disagreeableness

We know when to speak up, push back and when to be a contrarian. We do not allow old ideas and the standard ways of doing things to dictate our path.

Perseverance drives change

Nothing worth doing comes easily. We recognize that solving the difficult problems of medicine will require determination. That's the cost of doing important work.

Keep the laughter

We are determined to work towards excellence but keep smiling and keep laughing. Our world is absurd, and finding joy in it is part of what keeps us human.

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to grow alongside the company, learning from an insanely talented team and contributing directly to a platform that I know will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.”
